Terms of Use

Dizik | Kaplan Share · draft of October 17, 2026

Who may use this platform

Dizik | Kaplan Share is for people the firm has invited: clients, their approved representatives, opposing counsel, courts, experts and other participants in a matter. Your account is personal. Do not share your password or your sign-in codes, and do not let anyone else use a device you have marked as trusted.

What you may do

You may view and download the documents in the sections shared with you, and send documents to the firm through the upload box on a matter. Documents the firm shares remain subject to the rules of the proceeding they belong to, including any protective order, and to the professional obligations that govern their use.

Activity is recorded

Every sign-in, code, view, download, upload and change of settings is recorded with the time, the device and the network address. The firm reviews these records to keep the platform secure and to know what has been delivered and received. Links in emails expire; the platform never sends a document by email.

Access ends

The firm may end your access at any time, and access ends on its own when a matter closes. Ending access removes nothing from the firm’s own files.

No legal advice to non-clients

Nothing on this platform creates an attorney-client relationship with anyone other than the firm’s clients. Documents are provided as part of a proceeding or engagement, not as advice to the recipient.

Changes

The firm may update these terms; the date above changes when it does. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
